Banana-Hedgehog
Ingredients
- 200g butter
- 200 g rolled oats
- 250 g sugar
- 180 g brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 level teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon pimento
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 egg
- 2 bananas
- 150 g flour
- 100g grinded almonds
- 100g full cream-milk-chocolate coating
- 100g plain chocolate coating

Preparation
- Heat 1 soup-spoon of the butter in a frying-pan.
- Make the rolled oats light brown in the butter and let it get cold.
- Mix the rest of the butter with sugar, salt, cinnamon, pimento, nutmeg and the egg.
- Mash the bananas and stir them in.
- Stir flour and almonds in.
- Make little piles on a baking-sheet covered with backing paper.
- Bake 15 minutes at 200° C.
- Cover the bottom of the cold cookies with the liquid chocolate coating.
