Banana Gateau
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 2 packages vanillinsugar
- 100 g flour
- 1 level teaspoon baking-powder
- 5 bananas
- A little bit of lemon juice
- 100 g full cream-milk-chocolate
- 100 g plain chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 500 ml cream
- 2 package cream stiff help
- 16 chocolate hearts
- 2 soup-spoon chocolate flakes

Preparation
- Stir 2 eggs with 2 soup-spoon hot water and the sugar with 1 package vanillinsugar in.
- Stir flour and baking-powder in.
- Put the dough in a fatted spring form (28 cm diameter) and bake it 20 minutes at 180° C.
- Cut the bananas in half, slice one half to discs and cut the other half at the long side.
- Put lemon juice on the bananas.
- Make the chocolate in a hot water bath liquid.
- Mix 3 egg yolk, the butter and 1 package vanillinsugar and stir the liquid chocolate in.
- Make 3 egg-white stiff and stir them into.
- Make the cream with cream stiff help stiff.
- Distribute the long banana slices on the gateau.
- Put the cream and afterwards the chocolate dough on it and let it get cold.
- Decorate the gateau with cream, chocolate hearts, banana discs and chokolate flakes.
