Ingredients
- 500 g green tagliatelle
- 150 g cooked ham
- 150 g mushrooms
- 1 soup-spoon butter
- 250 ml cream
- Just a trace of basil, salt and pepper
- 6 soup-spoon grinded Parmeasan-cheese
Preparation
- Boil 4 l of salted water, add the green noodles and boil them for 6 minutes.
- Cut the cooked ham and the mushrooms to slices.
- Heat the butter in a frying-pan.
- Fry the ham and the mushrooms for 3 minutes.
- Add the cream, basil, salt and pepper.
- Pour away the water off the noodles.
- Add the nooodles to the cream-sauce.
- Cover the noodles with the Parmesan-cheese.
