Tagliatelle with Ham-Cream-Sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 g green tagliatelle
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 1 soup-spoon butter
  • 250 ml cream
  • Just a trace of basil, salt and pepper
  • 6 soup-spoon grinded Parmeasan-cheese

Preparation

  • Boil 4 l of salted water, add the green noodles and boil them for 6 minutes.
  • Cut the cooked ham and the mushrooms to slices.
  • Heat the butter in a frying-pan.
  • Fry the ham and the mushrooms for 3 minutes.
  • Add the cream, basil, salt and pepper.
  • Pour away the water off the noodles.
  • Add the nooodles to the cream-sauce.
  • Cover the noodles with the Parmesan-cheese.
