Frikadellen, vegetarian
Ingredients
- 80 g grain
- 200 ml water
- salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable soup extract
- 2 spoon sunflower seed
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 to 2 spoons breadcrumbs
- pepper
- 1 spoon soya sauce
- spice for fried potatoes
- peanut oil
Preparation
- Boil grain, water, salt and vegetable soup extract.
- Let it soak 15 to 20 minutes at low temperature.
- Let it get cool.
- Add the other ingredients and salt.
- Heat peanut oil in a frying pan.
- Form little balls out of the mass anf fry them.
Refinement
- Take 1 carrot and 1 leek instad of 2 carrots.
