Cream Cheese Gateau
Ingredients
- 1 lemon jelly
- 1 package biscuits
- 125 g butter
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 package vanilla sugar
- 2 spoon sugar
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 l whipping cream

Preparation
- Cook lemon jelly at the evening before and put it in the refrigerator.
- Take 10 biscuits beside.
- Make the rest to peaces and add butter.
- Put it on the bottom.
- Squeeze the lemon out.
- Mix the cream cheese, the vanilla sugar, the sugar, the jelly and the lemon juice.
- Beat the whipping cream till stiff and add it.
- Put it on the bottom.
- Crumble the 10 biscuits on the top of it all.
- Put the cake in the refrigerator till it will be eaten.
