Digestive Biscuits
Ingredients
- 100 g semolina
- 100 ml milk
- 100 g sugar
- 80 g butter
- 1 package vanilla sugar
- A little bit of salt
- 100 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation
- Put the semolina in the milk.
- Sieve the flour and the baking powder in a bowl.
- Stir the sugar, the soft butter, the vanilla sugar and the salt in annother bowl.
- Add the flour-mix and the semolina-mix to the butter-mix.
- Line the baking-sheet with grease-proof paper.
- take little portions with a teaspoon and form them to balls.
- Lay the balls on the baking-sheet with large distances to each other.
- Bake 10 minutes at 175° C in a hot-air oven.
