Sour Dough
Ingredients
- 1/2 lemon
- 3 spoons and 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of buttermilk
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
Preparation
- 1. day: squeeze the lemon out.
- Add 3 spoons flour and the buttermilk to the lemon juice in a plastic bowl with a top.
- Let it stay at room temperature.
- 2.-4. day: stir it
- 5. day: add the milk, 1 cup of flour and the sugar.
- Keep it in a refrigerator.
- 6.-9. day: Stir it once a day.
- 10. day: divide the dough in 3 parts:
- 1 part as a gift, 1 part leave for new dough and 1 part bake.
- Deal with the part leave for new dough as follows:
- 1.day: keep it in a refrigerator.
- 2.-4. day: deal with it as described above.
