Chicken-breast with Tomato
Ingredients
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 350 g chicken-breast fillet
- 75 g butter
- salt
- 1 pinch of chayenne pepper
- 4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tin pure tomatoes
- 1/8 l dry Vermouth
- 1/2 teapsoon thyme
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup of crème fraîche
Preparation
- Hoe the garlic.
- Wash the cicken-breast fillet, dry it and cut it to stripes.
- Heat the butter in a frying-pan.
- Fry the chiken in a frying-pan at big heat.
- Lower temperature.
- Add the salt, the chayenne pepper and the paprika.
- Add the tomatoes, the garlic and the vermouth.
- Cover it and heat it for 20 minutes.
- Remove the top.
- Add the thyme, the cream and the crème fraîche and reduce the water by boiling.
- Supplement: rice.
Refinement
- Use clarified butter instead of butter for frying.
- Use black pepper instead of chayenne pepper.
- Use yoghurt instead of crème fraîche.
