Chicken Curry
Ingredients
- 1 chicken (1100 to 1300 g)
- 40 g fat
- 40 g flour
- 1/4 l. stock
- 1/4 l milk
- 1 spoon curry
- 1 tea spoon salt
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tin pine-apple
Preparation
- Boil the chicken covered for 2 hours in water.
- Heat the fat.
- Add the flour.
- Add the stock and the milk.
- Add the curry, the salt and the lemon juice.
- Remove the meat form the chicken.
- Mix the meat with the sauce and the pine-apple.
- Supplement: rice

- 1 spoon apple sauce
- Fryed mushrooms
