Cottage Cheese Cake
Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- 240 g sugar
- 2 packages vanilla sugar
- 350 g butter
- 7 eggs
- salt
- skin of 1 lemon
- 3 spoons lemon juice
- 1 kg curd cheese
- 1 packages cottage-cheese-cake-help
Preparation
- Sieve the flour in a bowl.
- Add 40 g sugar, 1 package vanilla sugar and 100 g soft butter.
- Knead the dough.
- Keep the dough for 1/2 hour in the refrigerator.
- Roll the dough out on a spring form with 28 cm diameter.
- Line the spring form out with aluminium foil.
- Divide 7 egg-white and egg yolk.
- Stir 250 g soft butter, 200 g sugar, 1 package vanilla sugar, the egg-yolks, salt, the skin of the lemon and the lemon juice.
- Add the curd cheese and the cottage-cheese-cake-help.
- Stir the egg-white til stiff and add it to the dough.
- Distribute it all on the bottom.
- Bake it for 80 minutes at 150° C in the hot-air-oven.
- Let it stay for 45 minutes in the oven without heating.
- Let it get cold in the form.
