Ingredients
- 2 kg potatoes
- 2 onions
- 3 eggs
- 1 level teaspoon of salt
- 30 g breadcrumbs
- 3 spoons of oil
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes and grate them in a mixer.
- Peel the onions and add them to the potatoes in the mixer.
- Add the eggs and mix it.
- Add salt and breadcrumbs and stir it all.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Bake the pancakes for about 2 minutes on both sides.
Refinement
- Give some apple purée as a side-dish.
