Potato Pancake

Ingredients

  • 2 kg potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 level teaspoon of salt
  • 30 g breadcrumbs
  • 3 spoons of oil

Preparation

  • Peel the potatoes and grate them in a mixer.
  • Peel the onions and add them to the potatoes in the mixer.
  • Add the eggs and mix it.
  • Add salt and breadcrumbs and stir it all.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  • Bake the pancakes for about 2 minutes on both sides.


Refinement

  • Give some apple purée as a side-dish.
