Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 750 g little potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1/8 l meat soup
- 4 spoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- A little bit of pepper
- A little bit of salt
- 5 radish
- 150 g maize
- 2 spoon grated horse-radish
- 1 spoon mayonnaise
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 2 spoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- A little bit of dill
- 2 branches lemon balm
Preparation
- Boil the potatoes covered 20 minutes with a little bit of water.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them to slices.
- Peel the onion and cut it to cubes.
- Boil the onion with the meat soup, the vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, a little bit of salt and a little bit of pepper.
- Distribute it on the the warm potatoes and stir it.
- Wash the radish and cut it to small slices.
- Add the washed maize and the radish.
- Mix the horse-radish, the mayonnaise, the sour cream, the lemon juice and 1 teaspoon sugar.
- Dstribute this sauce on the salad.
- Wash the dill and the lemon balm, cut it and add it.
