Ingredients
- 500 g smoked loin of pork
- A little bit of salt
- 1 kg swede
- 750 g potatoes
- 250 g onions
- A little bit of pepper
- 1 bunch of parslay
- Binder for dark sauces
Preparation
- Boil the smoked loin of pork in salted water for 30 minutes.
- Peel the swewde, potatoes and onions.
- Cut the swede, potatoes and onions to pins.
- Put the smoked loin of pork out of the water.
- Boil the swede, potatoes and onions covered for 30 minutes.
- Cut the meat to 1 x 1 cm small pieces.
- Add pepper and parslay to the vegetable stew.
- Add the binder to the stew.
- Add the maet to the vegetable.
