Smoked loin of pork stew

Ingredients

  • 500 g smoked loin of pork
  • A little bit of salt
  • 1 kg swede
  • 750 g potatoes
  • 250 g onions
  • A little bit of pepper
  • 1 bunch of parslay
  • Binder for dark sauces

Preparation

  • Boil the smoked loin of pork in salted water for 30 minutes.
  • Peel the swewde, potatoes and onions.
  • Cut the swede, potatoes and onions to pins.
  • Put the smoked loin of pork out of the water.
  • Boil the swede, potatoes and onions covered for 30 minutes.
  • Cut the meat to 1 x 1 cm small pieces.
  • Add pepper and parslay to the vegetable stew.
  • Add the binder to the stew.
  • Add the maet to the vegetable.
