Cherry Pudding
Ingredients
- 400 g sour cherries
- 100g currants
- 100 g sugar
- 1/4 l water
- 1 package vanilla blancmange powder
- 1/2 lemon
Preparation
- Boil the fruits with sugar and 1/8 l water.
- Let it boil for 10 minutes.
- Make it thick with the vanilla blancmange powder and 1/8 l water.
- Squeeze the lemon.
- Add the lemon juice.
