Ingredients
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 egg yolk
- 1 package candied lemon-peel
- 1 pinch of salt
- 400 g flour
- 4 teaspoon baking-powder
- 2 spoon cocoa
- 4 spoon milk
- A little bit of margarine
- A little bit of breadcrumbs
- 2 kg sour cherries
- 200 g marzipan
- 1 vanilla blancmange powder
- 1 cup of cream
Preparation
- Stir the butter.
- Add 200 g sugar, 4 eggs, the candied lemon-peel and the salt.
- Sieve the flour and mix it with the baking-powder and the cocoa.
- Add the flour-mix to the rest.
- Add milk.
- Fat the baking sheet and distribute breadcrumbs on it.
- Distribute the dough on the baking-sheet.
- Lay cherries on it.
- Mix the marzipan with 2 egg yolk, the blancmange-powder, 50 g sugar and the cream.
- Distribute it on the dough.
- Bake it for 45 minutes at 175° C in the hot-air oven.
