Cherry Flan

Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 egg yolk
  • 1 package candied lemon-peel
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 400 g flour
  • 4 teaspoon baking-powder
  • 2 spoon cocoa
  • 4 spoon milk
  • A little bit of margarine
  • A little bit of breadcrumbs
  • 2 kg sour cherries
  • 200 g marzipan
  • 1 vanilla blancmange powder
  • 1 cup of cream


Preparation

  • Stir the butter.
  • Add 200 g sugar, 4 eggs, the candied lemon-peel and the salt.
  • Sieve the flour and mix it with the baking-powder and the cocoa.
  • Add the flour-mix to the rest.
  • Add milk.
  • Fat the baking sheet and distribute breadcrumbs on it.
  • Distribute the dough on the baking-sheet.
  • Lay cherries on it.
  • Mix the marzipan with 2 egg yolk, the blancmange-powder, 50 g sugar and the cream.
  • Distribute it on the dough.
  • Bake it for 45 minutes at 175° C in the hot-air oven.
