Zutaten
- 1 onion
- 1 head of white cabbage
- 2 m thick string
- 250 g minced meat
- 3 spoon breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- A little bit of salt
- A little bit of pepper
- A little bit of nutmeg
- 50 ml oil
- 250 ml water
Preparation
- Heat salted water until it boils.
- Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces.
- Lay the white cabbage into the boiling water.
- Knead the mince meat with the onion, the breadcrumbs, the eggs and the salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Every 10 minutes take the head of white cabbage out of the weater and take the outer parts away.
- Lay 2 dried white cabbageparts on each other, fill them with the minces meat and tie them with the string.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the rolled cabbage.
- Lay the fried cabbage in a big pot and heat them with the water.
- Boil the stuffed cabbage for 45 minutes at low heat in the pot.
Refinement
- You can use the water of the stuffed cabbage to make a sauce. Just boil the water with some cornflour.
