Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients
- 5 egg white
- 250 g icing sugar
- 400 g marzipan
- 170 g coconut ice
- Peel of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 100 g chocolate icing

Preparation
- Stir the egg white until stiff.
- Mix half of the icing sugar with the marzipan and the egg white.
- Add the coconut icing, the rest of the icing sugar and the lemon peel.
- Stir it all.
- Make little balls on the baking sheet with a little spoon.
- Distribute sugar on the balls.
- Bake it for 20 minutes at 150° C.
- Let them get cold and cover the half of them with chocolate.
