Salmon-Dill-Plate
Ingredients
- 700 g salmon filet
- salt
- pepper
- 1 bunch of onions
- 40 g butter
- 2 egg yolk
- 30 g almond pins
- 30 g breadcrumbs
- lemon-peel
- 200 ml vegetable soup
- 200 ml cream
- dill

Preparation
- Wash the salmon and put salt and pepper on it.
- Heat the oven to 220° C.
- Cut the onions to discs.
- Heat the butter and fry the onions.
- Stir the egg yolk, the almond pins, the breadcrumbs, the lemon-peel and a little bit of salt and pepper in.
- Put the filets in a baking-dish, put the fried things on it and put the vegetable soup on it.
- Bake the fish for 7 minutes.
- Put the soup away and cook it with the cream and the dill.
