Almond Cakes
Ingredients
- 200 g butter
- 175 g sugar
- 1-2 package vanillinsugar
- 4 eggs
- 200 g marzipan
- 2 soup-spoon rum
- 65 g starch
- 150 g rolled oats
- 65 g flour (Type 550)
- 1-2 teaspoon baking-powder
- 25 almonds

Preparation
- Mix all Ingredients except the almonds.
- Lay the almonds for 10 minutes in hot water and peel them.
- Fill little paper forms with the dough.
- Put an almond on top of every cake.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 200° C.
