Noodle minced meat sauce
Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 2 soup-spoons oil
- 250 g minced-meat
- 1 heaped soup-spoon flour
- 1 can tomato purée
- 1/4 l bouillon

Preparation
- Chop up the onions and fry them with oil until they look transparent.
- Add the minced meat and let it get brown.
- Spread the flour over the meat.
- Stir the tomato purée into the sauce.
- Add the bouillon.
- Let it boil for about 10 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper, thyme, basil and sugar as much as you like.
