Noodlesauce with Gorgonzola cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/4 l cream
  • 150 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 soup-spoon oil
  • 400 g macaroni
  • 1 tea spoon Balsamico vinegar
  • A little bit of pepper

Preparation

  • Give cream and Gorgonzola cheese in a little pot.
  • Melt the chesse at medium heat in the cream.
  • Fill a big pot with 2/3 water.
  • Add salt and oil to the water and let it boil.
  • Break the macaroni in der middle and add them to the boiling water.
  • Let the macaroni boil for 10 minutes.
  • Boil the cheese sauce for a while.
  • Pour away the water from the macaroni.
  • Add the vinegar and the pepper to the sauce.
