Noodlesauce with Gorgonzola cheese

Ingredients
- 1/4 l cream
- 150 g Gorgonzola cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 soup-spoon oil
- 400 g macaroni
- 1 tea spoon Balsamico vinegar
- A little bit of pepper
Preparation
- Give cream and Gorgonzola cheese in a little pot.
- Melt the chesse at medium heat in the cream.
- Fill a big pot with 2/3 water.
- Add salt and oil to the water and let it boil.
- Break the macaroni in der middle and add them to the boiling water.
- Let the macaroni boil for 10 minutes.
- Boil the cheese sauce for a while.
- Pour away the water from the macaroni.
- Add the vinegar and the pepper to the sauce.
