Double Layered Fruit Tart
Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 1 package vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 0,02 l rum
- 200 g flour
- 2 teaspoon baking-powder
- 2 spoons milk
- 200 g sour cherries
- 800 g peaches
Preparation
- Mix the butter, the sugar and the vanilla sugar.
- Add the eggs, the salt and the rum.
- Sieve the flour and the baking-powder and add them.
- Add the milk.
- Line the spring form with grease-proof paper.
- Lay the cherries and the peaches on the bottom of the spring form.
- Distribute the dough above it.
- Bake it for 40 minutes at 180° C in the hot-air oven.
