Peach Tart
Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 285 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 spoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon baking-powder
- 150 g flour
- A little bit of margarine
- A little bit of breadcrumbs
- 100 g grated almonds
- 1 tin peaches
- 1/2 l cream
- 1 package cream-stiff
- 1 package vanilla sugar
Preparation
- Stir the butter with 125 g sugar.
- Add 4 egg yolk, the water, the baking-powder and the sieved flour.
- Fat two spring forms with 28 cm diameter and distribute breadcrumbs on them.
- Distribute the dough in the two forms.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 175° C in the hot-air oven.
- Stir 4 egg white.
- Add 160 g sugar.
- Distribute it on the cold bottom.
- Scatter it with almonds.
- Bake it for 10 minutes at 175° C in the hot-air oven.
- Cut the peaches to eights.
- Distribute them on one of the bottoms.
- Stir the cream with the cream-stiff and the vanilla sugar until stiff.
- Distribute the whipped cream on the peaches.
- Cut the second bottom in pieces and cover the tart with them.
