Leek Bake
Ingredients
- 800 g fresh leeks
- salt
- 1 spoon butter
- pepper
- nutmeg
- 250 g curd cheese
- 200 g cream
- 6 spoons of grated Gouda cheese with garlic
- 3 spoons sunflower seed
Preparation
- Peel the leeks and cut the ends off.
- Cut the leek to pieces of 1 cm length and wash it.
- Boil the pieces for 3 minutes in saltwater, do them in icecold water for a second and let them get dry.
- Fat a form with butter.
- Distribute the leeks, the salt, the pepper and the nutmeg on it.
- Stir the curd cheese with the cream, the cheese and the sunflower seed.
- Add salt, pepper and nutmeg and distribute it on the leeks.
- Bake it for 15 minutes at 180° C in the hot-air oven.
