Quark cake
Ingredients
- 140 g butter
- 400 g sugar
- 8 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 2 teaspoon baking-powder
- 2 soup-spoon lemon-juice
- 3/4 l milk
- 3 package blancmange powder vanilla
- 1 kg quark
- 300 ml oil
Preparation
- Knead the butter, 140 g sugar, 2 eggs, the flour and the baking-powder with a machine.
- Knead the dough with your hands.
- Cover a deep baking-sheet with baking paper and put the dough on it.
- Mix 200 g sugar, 2 eggs and 4 egg yolk.
- Add lemon-juice and milk.
- Add blancmange powder, quark and oil.
- Put the quark dough on the bottom.
- Bake in a hot air oven for 30 minutes at 200° C.
- Stir 4 egg-white to stiff.
- Add 60 g sugar.
- Spread it on the quark dough.
- Bake in a hot air oven for 10 minutes at 200° C.
