Fillet of beef with avocado
Ingredients
- 3 fillet of beef
- 2 soup-spoon oil
- A little bit of salt
- A little bit of pepper
- 1 onion
- 10 g butter
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tomatoe
- 1/4 head of roman salad
- 150 g creme fraiche
- 1/2 soup-spoon cornflour
- 10 g Caper
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 3 slices of toast
Preparation
- Fry the fillets of beef with the oil in a frying-pan with big heat on both sides for 5 minutes each.
- Give salt and pepper to the fillets of beef.
- Slice the onions into rings and fry them in der last minute of frying.
- Take the fillets of beef out of the pan.
- Give butter to the onions, fry the onions until they are golden brown and take them out of the pan.
- Peel the avocado, slice it into halfs, take the stone away and slice the fruit.
- Cut the tomatoe into eight pieces.
- Wash the salad and tear it into small pieces.
- Mix the rest in the frying-pan with creme fraiche and the cornflour.
- Boil the sauce and mix it with caper, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Slice the fillets of beef.
- Lay the salad, fillets of beef, avocado, tomatoe and onion on the toast and give the sauce on top.
