Forest Fruit Pudding
Ingredients
- 1,5 kg bilberries
- 1 glass cherrys
- 1 tin raspberries
- 350 g sugar
- 200 g cornflour
Preparation
- Wash the bilberries and let them get dry.
- Stone the cherries.
- Boil the bilberries and the raspberries with a little bit of water.
- Sieve it all and add water to an entire volume of 2 liter.
- Add the sugar.
- Let it boil for a short time.
- Add the cherries.
- Add the cornflour.
- Boil it for a shoirt time again.
