Salad with Sheeps Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 head of lettuce
- 2 red paprika
- 6 little tomatoes
- 200 g sheeps milk cheese
- 2 little onions
- 1 cucumber
- 100 g black olives
- 1 spoons vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- 4 spoon olive oil
Preparation
- Wash the lettuce and cut it to pieces.
- Stone the washed paprika and cut it to slices.
- Quarter the tomatoes.
- Cut the cheese to cubes.
- Cut the peeled onions to slices.
- Cut the washed cucumber to slices.
- Mix the lettuce, the paprika, the tomatoes, the cheese, the onions, the cucumber and the olives.
- Mix the vinegar with salt and pepper.
- Add the oil.
- Add the sauce to the salad.
