Roast Pork (Cooked in a stone mould)
Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 4 tomatoes
- 1,2 kg roast pork
- A little bit of salt
- A little bit of pepper
- 2 spoons butter
- 3/4 stock cube
- A little bit of cornflour
Preparation
- For 4 to 5 persons:
- At the evening before: Fill the stone mould with water.
- 9 o´clock: Make the stone mould empty
- Hoe the onions and quarter the tomatoes.
- Add salt and pepper to the roast pork.
- Put the roast pork, the onions, the tomatoes and the butter in the stone mould.
- 9:15: Put the stone mould in the cold oven.
- Heat the oven to 200° C.
- 11:50: Take the stone mould out of the oven.
- Sieve the meat juice with the onions and the tomatoes.
- make 1/4 l meat soup out of 3/4 stock cube.
- Add the cornflour to the ssauce.
- 12 o´clock: Ready.
- Supplement: Potatoes and french beans
