Sesame Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cube yeast
- 300 ml water
- 500 g flour
- 100 g sesame
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 spoon oil
- A little bit of warm milk
Preparartion
- Add warm water to the yeast and the flour.
- Let it stay for 20 minutes at a warm place covered with a towel.
- Fry the sesame in a fying pan.
- Add half of the sesame, the egg, the salt and the oil to the yeast dough.
- Knead the dough.
- Let it stay for 45 minutes at a warm place covered with a towel.
- Form the dough to a loaf.
- Cover the loaf with milk.
- Distribute sesame on it.
- Let it stay for 30 minutes at a warm place covered with a towel.
- Bake it for 35 to 40 minutes at 200° C.
