Asparagus with sauce hollandaise

Ingredients

  • 500 g asparagus
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 package "Sauce Hollandaise" of Maggi

Preparation

  • Peel asparagus stalks and cut 1/2 cm of one end.
  • Boil asparagus in a high pot with sugar, salt and 25 g butter for 25 minutes.
  • Let 1/8 l water boil.
  • Add "Sauce Hollandaise"-powder.
  • Add 125 g cold butter in pieces.
  • Serve the asparagus to the sauce.


Refinement

  • Potataoes ans ham are fine with asparagus.
  • Self made sauce hollandaise divide often in fat and sauce if it is made too fast. Anyway it isn´t magic.
