Ingredients
- 500 g asparagus
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 g butter
- 1 package "Sauce Hollandaise" of Maggi
Preparation
- Peel asparagus stalks and cut 1/2 cm of one end.
- Boil asparagus in a high pot with sugar, salt and 25 g butter for 25 minutes.
- Let 1/8 l water boil.
- Add "Sauce Hollandaise"-powder.
- Add 125 g cold butter in pieces.
- Serve the asparagus to the sauce.
Refinement
- Potataoes ans ham are fine with asparagus.
- Self made sauce hollandaise divide often in fat and sauce if it is made too fast. Anyway it isn´t magic.
