Ingredients
- 150 g butter
- 150 g flour
- 150 g curd cheese
- salt
- 6 little tomatoes
- pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 basil
- 180 g cream
- 2 eggs
- 150 g Edamer cheese
- A little bit of margarine
- A little bit of breadcrumbs
Preparation
- Knead the butter, the sieved flour, the curd cheese and 1 pinch of salt and form it to a loaf.
- Put the loaf in a wet towel in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
- Fat the form and scatter it with breadcrumbs.
- Roll the dough.
- Bake it for 15 minutes at 180° C in the hot-air oven.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them to slices.
- Hoe the onions and the basil.
- Distribute the tomatoes with a lot of pepper, 1 pinch of salt, the onion and the basil on the bottom.
- Grate the Edamer cheese.
- Stir the cream, the eggs, the Edamer cheese, 1 pinch of salt and a lot of pepper and distribute it on the quiche.
- Bake it for 30 to 40 minutes at 180° C in the hot-air oven.
