Flan Base
Ingredients
5 spoons flour
4 spoons sugar
3 eggs
2 spoons oil
1 spoons vinegar
1 package vanilla sugar
1/2 package baking-powder
A little bit of margarine
A little bit of breadcrumbs
Preparation
Sieve the flour in a bowl.
Add the other ingredients (not margarine and breadcrumbs).
Fat the form with margarine and scatter with breadcrumbs.
Put the dough in the form.
bake it for 20 to 25 minutes at 200° C.
