Vanilla Snakes
Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 100 g marzipan
- 150 g butter
- 1 vanilla pod
- 2 eggs
- 100 g icing sugar
- 2 soup-spoon rum
- 100g full cream-milk-chocolate coating
- 100g plain chocolate coating

Preparation
- Mix the flour with marzipan, butter, vanilla, eggs, icing sugar and rum.
- Fill the dough in a piping bag with star front.
- Squeeze snake forms on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
- Bake 15 minutes at 175° C.
- Put the cold cookies half in liquid chocolate coating.
