Waffles
Ingredients for 9 waffles
- 4 eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 250 g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- A little bit of lemon peel
- 200 g flour
- 2 level teaspoon baking-powder
- 200 g cream
- 3 packages vanillinsugar

Preparation
- Divide eggs in egg yolk and egg-white.
- Stir the egg-white with the sugar until stiff.
- Add the butter, the salt and the lemon peel to the egg yolk.
- Put the egg-white to the egg yolk.
- Mix flour and baking-powder.
- Put the flourmix to the dough.
- Stir the cream until stiff.
- Add the cream to the dough.
- Bake the dough in the waffle-iron until it is brown.
- Cover the waffles with vanillinsugar.
