Cinnamon Asterisks
Ingredients
- 6 egg white
- 500 g icing sugar
- Peel of 1 lemon
- 4 spoons lemon juice
- 600 g grinded almonds
- 4 teaspoon cinnamon
- A little bit of clove
- A little bit of sugar
- A little bit of flour

Preparation
- Beat the egg white until stiff.
- Add the sieved icing sugar.
- Add the lemon peel and the lemon juice.
- Spare 10 spoons of this mass for later.
- Add the almonds, the cinnamon and the cloves to the rest.
- Scatter a working sheet with sugar and flour.
- Roll the dough 1/2 cm thick and cut out asterisks.
- Line a baking sheet with grease-proof paper.
- Put the asterisks on this sheet and distribute the spared mass on them.
- Bake this for 20 minutes at 150° C in the hot-air oven.
