Plum Tart with Marzipan
Ingredients
- 280 g butter
- 140 g sugar
- 140 g honey
- 1 package vanilla sugar
- Peel of 1/2 lemon
- 230 g flour
- 75 g cornflour
- 1 teaspoon baking-powder
- 5 eggs
- ca. 100 ml condensed milk
- 800 g plums
- Fat
- 100 g marzipan
- 1 glaze
Preparation
- Mix the butter, the sugar, the honey, the vanilla sugar, the lemon peel, the flour, the cornflour, the baking-powder, the eggs and the condensed milk.
- Fill the dough in a fatted form.
- Halve the plums.
- Lay the fruits with the skin downside on the dough.
- Bake it for 35 minutes at 170 -180° C.
- Dissolve 100 g Marzipan in the glaze.
- Distribute the glaze on the cold cake.
