Onion Soup
Ingredients
- 300 g onions
- 40 g butter
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 l bouillion
- 1/8 l white wine
- 2 slices of white bread
- 8 slices Gouda cheese
Preparation
- Cut the peeled onions to rings.
- Put the butter and the onions in a big pot.
- Boil them for 4 minutes in the microwave oven.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Add the bouillion.
- Boil them for 8 minutes in the microwave oven.
- Add white wine.
- Boil them for 3 minutes in the microwave oven.
- Distribute the soup on 4 soup cups.
- Toast the white bread and cut it to cubes.
- Put the cubes in the cups.
- Cover each cup with 2 slices of Gouda cheese.
- Bake it for 8 minutes in the barbecue.
